Section 1 — About JARVIS

JARVIS is an AI-powered operating system for content agencies and SaaS businesses, provided by Feoric (httpsfeoric.com). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Section 2 — Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend free trial access is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use JARVIS.

Section 3 — Free Trial

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial starting from workspace creation.
  • No payment method is required to start your trial.
  • Trial accounts have usage limits as described at httpsfeoric.com/billing-policy.
  • At the end of your trial, your account will be restricted until you subscribe.

Section 4 — Subscriptions and Billing

  • JARVIS offers monthly subscription plans billed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You authorise Feoric to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
  • Founding Member pricing is locked for life for the duration of your subscription.

Section 5 — Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid billing cycle, contact us at support@httpsfeoric.com for a full refund, provided you have used fewer than 20 AI commands since subscribing.
  • After 7 days or after 20 AI commands have been used, no refunds are issued.
  • Founding Member subscriptions are non-refundable due to the permanently discounted lifetime pricing.
  • If JARVIS experiences more than 24 hours of unplanned downtime in a billing period, affected subscribers will receive a one-month credit on their next invoice.

Section 6 — Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain full access until the period ends.
  • We do not offer partial month refunds on cancellation.

Section 7 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JARVIS to:

  • Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Resell or sublicense JARVIS to third parties without written permission
  • Abuse the AI systems in ways that could cause harm

Section 8 — AI-Generated Content

  • JARVIS uses AI to generate content, suggestions, and analysis.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.
  • Feoric is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

Section 9 — Data and Privacy

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy at httpsfeoric.com/privacy.
  • You own your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve JARVIS.

Section 10 — Service Availability

  • We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Section 11 — Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time from settings.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

  • JARVIS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Feoric's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Section 13 — Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
