  • Usage data: commands sent to JARVIS, features used, session duration
  • Business data you enter: social posts, support tickets, briefing content
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information
  • Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay — we never store card details

Section 2 — How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and improve JARVIS services
  • To send your daily briefing emails
  • To send service notifications (trial reminders, renewal notices)
  • To diagnose errors and improve reliability
  • We do NOT use your data to train AI models
  • We do NOT sell your data to third parties

Section 3 — Data Storage

  • Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers.
  • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Third-party credentials (Buffer, Meta, etc.) are encrypted with AES-256 before storage.
  • We are based in India and your data may be processed on servers outside India.

JARVIS integrates with:

  • Anthropic (AI processing)
  • Deepgram (voice transcription)
  • ElevenLabs (voice synthesis)
  • Buffer (social media scheduling)
  • Meta (advertising)
  • RevenueCat (subscription analytics)
  • Razorpay (payment processing)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

Section 5 — Cookies

  • We use essential cookies for authentication
  • We do not use tracking or advertising cookies
  • You can disable cookies in your browser but this will affect functionality

Section 6 — Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data (available in dashboard)
  • Withdraw consent at any time

Section 7 — Data Retention

  • Active account data: retained while account is active
  • Deleted account data: removed within 30 days
  • Billing records: retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
  • AI interaction logs: retained for 90 days

Section 8 — Children

  • JARVIS is not intended for users under 18.
  • We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Section 9 — Changes to This Policy

  • We will notify you by email of material changes to this policy.
  • Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
